Refund/ Return Policy
* We do not accept any returns, however we will refund you 100% if your products are delivered damaged or are not exactly what you ordered.
If that is the case:
* Product condition - Please send photos of damaged/ incorrect books to 066 356 4252 in the original packing as received.
* Time - This must be done within 30 days of accepting the parcel.

* What's next? - We will re-send your books to you, free of charge, upon approval after inspection of the photos of the damaged books.
* Charges - You will not be liable to pay any additional charges. Nor must you send the damaged/ incorrect books back. Please gift them to someone in need instead.
* Method of refund - We will refund you in the same form as payment used when you made the purchase.
